A rugged battery powered handheld RFID reader that can read and log more than 30,000 tags with date and time. Once the inspection is completed, all information including the Tag ID, time, location and the driver ID, will be sent to a cloud server via GTS inc GT50H cellular based wireless gateway. The dispatch and maintenance teams will be informed of any variances or defects in real time, which allows detected issues or defects to be fixed before full breakdown. This technology will lead to improvement of safety, reduction of vehicle maintenance cost and increase of productivity. GTS Student Ridership Management System (RMS) allows more visualization on school bus trips with real time tracking of all students and buses, brings the parents and school officials peace of mind and makes them each day easier. Students carry a passive RFID ridership card and tap it onboard to
log and send each entry and exit from the bus with time and location stamps to the secured cloud based server for access through Student App or web application.
